The Flats at Shadow Creek

The Flats at Shadow Creek is a new apartment complex in Lincoln, NE owned and operated by CIP. The logomark was concepted as a fairly literal, yet simple, adaptation of the name ‘Shadow Creek’. The unique typeface uses a perfect marriage of thick strokes, thin strokes, and stylized movement to create a mature and sophisticated aura, similar to the residents of the community.
